The Fifth International Training Workshop on Ultrasound Therapy of Tumors was held on July 5th-24th, 2016 in Chongqing, China. Around 25 trainees from 10 countries including Thailand, Philippines, Greece, Turkey, Jordan, Egypt, Sudan, South Africa, Colombia and Argentina attended this workshop organized by National Engineering Research Center of Ultrasound Medicine of China, Chongqing Science and Technology Committee and Chongqing Medical University. The Workshop was sponsored by Science and Technology Department of International Cooperation of China.

The 10th Dajia Summer Forum for Ultrasound Therapy

This workshop has been held annually in the last 5 years. To date, around 100 doctors from 25 countries have been trained in this platform. In 2016 workshop, the trainees not only take the routine fundamental theoretical courses and clinical course, but also attend the 10th Dajia Summer Forum for Ultrasound Therapy which is an annually International Forum that participated by more than 200 scientists, doctors and students around the world. Meanwhile, all of the trainees have an amazing experience to feel Chinese culture including Chinese foods, Taiji and some beautiful scenery in Chongqing.
