Opening Ceremony of the 1st HIFU center in Thailand and HIFU Symposium were held in WMC Hospital
July 14th, 2016, Thailand's first HIFU treatment center in Bangkok held a grand opening ceremony and the HIFU Symposium in World Medical Center (WMC) Hospital, which owned by Bangkok Chain Hospital (BCH), Thailand's Radiation Society chairman Prof. Chamaree was assumed as the chairman of Symposium. Around hundred delegates from all walks of life, and more than 50 doctors attended this meeting.
In the opening ceremony, chairman of the International Minimally Invasive and Non-invasive Medicine Society , the interventional radiology department of European Institute of Oncology Prof. Franco Orsi awarded HIFU Clinical Center plaque to WMC Hospital. HIFU experts shared their experience in HIFU applications and operations. After speech, participants had an intense discussion in related academic issues.
