With the philosophy of "treatment - minimize the harm to patients" in their minds and the enthusiasm to focused ultrasound technology on their hearts, Prof. Aranya Yantapant from Rajavithi Hospital (a public hospital under the Ministry of Health in Thailand), the President of the Thai Society of Gynecologic Endoscopy (TSGE), Prof. Chantawat Sheanakul from Bumrungrad International Hospital, and three other senior physicians from Rangsit University Faculty of Medicine who visited Chongqing for the second time, had a one-week training in the Haifu Hospital.

Through experiments on isolated bovine liver, they learned the principle of focused ultrasound therapy more intuitively and observed the morphology of tissue damage after treatment. They actively participated in the hands-on practice and succeeded in obtaining the tissue morphology changes visible to the naked eye on the isolated tissue, which gave them a clearer understanding of the focused ultrasound ablation surgery.

In addition to theoretical training, surgical observation, and clinical practice on focused ultrasound ablation of benign and malignant tumors, this training program also covered courses for the treatment of vulvar and cervical diseases with Seapostar® Ultrasound Therapeutic Device for Gynecology. They were all very interested in learning this novel technology and had obtained a lot. It is reported that Haifu® Focused Ultrasound Tumor Therapeutic System from Chongqing, China has made non-invasive treatment a new trend in Thailand, with more and more doctors and specialists learning the technology and more and more patients benefiting from it.
