On March 12, 2020, Uterus Day, an international seminar dedicated to the uterus in the context of infertility, was held at La Grande Crypte, Paris, France. 

Themed on Uterus in all its states (L'utérus dans tous ses états), Uterus Day was co-organized by the Society of Reproductive Medicine (Societe de Medecine de la Reproduction, SMR), GEFF (les cliniciens de l’AMP) and French Society of Gynecologic and Pelvic Surgery (SCGP). Around 600 delegates were at this gala.

Prof. Philippe Descamps, Vice President of SCGP, French Society of Gynecologic and Pelvic Surgery, was invited to give a talk on HIFU: a new entity for the treatment of myoma and adenomyosis. After his speech and an engaging Q&A, Prof. Philippe Descamps gave an interview to a local reporter in Paris talking more about the prospects of HIFU for fibroids and adenomyosis.
