The 72nd CMEF (China International Medical Equipment Fair), the largest Medical Equipment EXPO in Asian-Pacific region was held from Oct 23rd-26th, 2014, in Chongqing, China. This is the first time that the CMEF comes to Chongqing, where the headquarters of Haifu Medical are located. All of Haifu’s three series of focused ultrasound solutions are showed, with the launch of two new devices at Haifu booth.

Two new focused ultrasound devices were launched
Haifu booth reaches 80 square meters, located in HN4-G01, in the main hall.
In the first day of the expo, two brand new focused ultrasound devices were publically launched at Haifu booth, one was the Model-CKC100 focused ultrasound device for involution of uterus after delivery, the other was the CZG300 focused ultrasound therapeutic device for osteoarthritis. These new devices are expected to benefit millions of women and aged people around the world in the following years.

New vision of future operation room
A demo of future operation room based on focused ultrasound technology was shown at Haifu booth. In this future operation room, most surgeries can be performed in a non-invasive way based on focused ultrasound therapy. This is the trend of modern medicine, developing from open surgery to endoscopic surgery, to minimally-invasive surgery, and to non-invasive surgery exemplified by HIFU ablation.

Comprehensive solution of HIFU therapy
In this expo, Haifu showed a whole picture of their comprehensive solution that includes HIFU therapeutic system, experienced HIFU specialists and customized solutions. All three series of Haifu’s minimally invasive and non-invasive solutions were shown, including focused ultrasound tumour therapeutic systems, gynecological disease therapeutic devices and rehabilitation devices.
The JC series focused ultrasound tumour therapeutic systems can be used for both benign tumors such as uterine fibroids and adenomyosis, and malignant tumors on organs including liver, breast, bone, pancreatic tumors and etc. This non-invasive solution have been clinically applied in 17 countries and regions, including UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Korea,and Hong Kong etc. The Seapostar gynecological disease therapeutic devices have benefited millions of women with gynecological diseases such as chronic cervicitis and nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva. The rehabilitation devices include products for involution of uterus, soft tissue injury, and osteoarthritis etc.
