Mr. Chung Ui Hwa, the Speaker of National Assembly of the Republic of Korea visited Haifu Medical on December 20th, 2014.
During his visit, Mr. Chung Ui Hwa carefully listened to the introduction made by Prof. Wang Zhibiao, the President of Haifu Medical about the principle of HIFU technology and its clinical application all around the World. Mr. Chung showed great interest in this brand-new noninvasive technology which can ablate tumors in vitro. He was amazed to hear that Haifu systems have been successfully applied in 18 countries, especially the Republic of Korea, where thousands of Korean patients have benefited from this technology with their uteruses being preserved. Mr. Chung Ui Hwa highly praised the achievements and contributions made by Haifu Medical when he got to know that around 2000 patients were treated within one year (2014) in Korea in totally 6 hospitals. He hopes that Haifu can cooperate with more Hospitals in Korea and benefit more patients. .
The visit of Mr. Chung Ui Hwa to China was at the invitation of Mr. Zhang Dejiang, the Chairman of the NPC Standing Committee of China, China. Before his visit to Chongqing, China’s largest Municipality, Mr. Chung visited Beijing, the Capital city of China. Due to the successful application of HIFU technology in Korea, Mr. Chung specifically made a stop in Haifu Company and the visit lived up, and to some extent, beyond his expectations.
