The 2019 Congress of Chinese Obstetricians and Gynecologists, hosted by CMDA (Chinese Medical Doctors Association) and COGA (Chinese Obstetricians and Gynecologists Association) opened its door on 2nd August 2019 in Nanjing. More than 5,000 delegates were at this annual grand Medical Conference. 

Dr. Keen-Whye Lee from Singapore O&G, and also a founding board member of the Asia-Pacific Association for Gynecologic Endoscopy and Minimally Invasive Therapy (APAGE), was invited to deliver a keynote speech titled “Application of HIFU in Gynecological Surgery”. In his speech, Dr. Lee made special mention of Chongqing as the center of medical excellence for focused ultrasound technology and also expressed special thanks to Prof. Zhibiao Wang and his team for their contribution to the field of Focused Ultrasound Surgery. Dr. Keen-Whye Lee is the first Singaporean gynecologist invited by COGA to deliver a keynote speech at its prestigious annual congress.
